Spa Environment:
For consideration of all guests and staff, please silence all cellular devices before entering the studio. Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the studio without a scheduled appointment. This will ensure that everyone will have a relaxing experience.
Punctuality:
Please arrive at your appointment time, if something prohibits you from arriving on time, please call us immediately. We will try to accommodate you, but we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to provide all guests with excellent customer service and access to online appointments, we have a 24hr cancellation policy. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We require a credit or debit card to reserve your appointment. We can charge $50, if there is a no show or canceling after the 24hr period. Clients who have not shown up for their scheduled appointment on more than one occasion, will no longer be eligible to schedule future appointments.
Group Policy:
Due to limited space availability, we can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Guests can mingle during this period while the service providers are working in phases to make the entire experience comfortable and relaxing.
Please refrain from bringing guests that are not receiving services to the event due to lack of space. Children are welcome only with a scheduled service.
Promptness is greatly appreciated. Guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to the event time. Arriving late will minimize your service time and you will still be responsible for the full-service fee. Last minute guest add-ons or request for additional services may cause an inconvenience for the scheduled guests and we may not be able to accommodate the change request. (Please allow us at least 36hr notice of any add-ons). We cannot change services that are already scheduled the day of event.
Light snacks and drinks are welcomed. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the event time for set up.
$100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking event. Deposit will be applied to services at checkout.
20% gratuity will be added for each service provided; anything additional will be greatly appreciated.
We require a 36hr cancellation notice or you will be charge 50% of the services being canceled.
